Engagements
Project scope, timeline, and fees are defined in a written agreement or statement of work. Any changes to scope require written approval.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, access, and content needed to deliver services. Delays may impact schedules.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, final deliverables are transferred upon full payment. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, templates, and frameworks.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during a project and use it only for the purpose of delivering services.
Limitation of Liability
Morpheus Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid for the services in question.
